Mr. Charles Kriete
President, CEO, and Co-Founder
Charles Kriete is CEO, President and Co-Founder of OTBT, Inc. He is responsible for OTBT's growth strategy, sales, marketing, and business development.
Prior to founding OTBT, Charles was responsible for Mobility and Wireless solutions with CDW Government, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDW Corporation. While at CDW, he launched the first division of the company dedicated to providing mobility solutions to the public sector market.
Mr. Kriete's experience with integrating new product lines into the large-scale reseller market while growing these markets through direct sales, inside sales, marketing programs, and public relations, provide OTBT a solid position in the market.
Mr. Michael Chase
Executive Vice President and Co-Founder
Michael Chase is Executive Vice President and a Co-Founder of OTBT, Inc. He is responsible for OTBT's logistics, inventory management, facilities management and technical services.
Prior to co-founding OTBT, Michael was responsible for planning, research, and design at Wilcox Industries, a leader in development of solutions for the US Department of Defense and US Special Forces. While at Wilcox, he was intimately involved in the planning and development of life support systems, weapons display systems, and several classified projects.
Mr. Chase's experience with overseeing highly advanced projects, developing creative solutions, and managing personnel, allow OTBT to enjoy seamless operations and reduced costs.
Mr. George Puszka
Chief Financial Officer
George Puszka is the Chief Financial Officer of OTBT, Inc. He is responsible for OTBT's financial planning and analysis, risk management, investor relations and internal audit.
Prior to joining OTBT, George served as CFO for Staffing Network Holdings, a $90 million national provider of temporary workers to the light industrial, commercial, and clerical markets. While at Staffing Network Holdings, he was solely responsible for all financial operations and ensuring maximum profitability, with proper financial and risk management.
Mr. Puszka has been a Certified Public Account since 1982 and has over 20 years experience with service-oriented organizations. His experiences with raising capital, restructuring debt, streamlining invoicing procedures, and managing personnel, are at the helm of OTBT's success.
